What we do for you
The two objections we hear most
“We can run this ourselves.”
You can. Our templates and negotiating leverage make your run faster and land a better price.
“You are just another vendor.”
We never hold the contract. You sign directly with the vendor you choose, and the shortlist is scored on the record. The decision firewall holds either way.
A diocese-wide rollout, and two IT leaders who have been through it.
“The team at TelcoDataCloud are very responsive and with their in-depth industry knowledge can create effective solutions that don’t cost the earth. They take out the complexity and industry jargon so decision makers understand what is on the table.”
Matt Kruschel
Thomas Foods International
“TelcoDataCloud went the extra mile to negotiate with the suppliers and land the right solution for us. The team continues to provide quality service and goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy and satisfied.”

Before you book anything
We already have an IT team, why would we need you?
Your team runs your technology; we run the vendor selection. Our requirements matrices, scorecards and pricing templates have been refined across dozens of engagements, so your team gets a faster, cleaner process without dropping their day jobs.
Are you a reseller?
No. You sign directly with the vendor you choose. The contract, the pricing and the relationship are yours. We are the independent expert on your side of the table and act as a referral and sometimes implementation partner.
What happens after we sign (brokerage model)?
As certified implementation partners with most of the vendors we work with, we can deliver the rollout, assigning an Australian-based project manager to help guide you through the process. We will setup the new platform in parallel to your existing system, with a soft go-live you can roll back and two weeks of hypercare. Every vendor includes 24/7/365 platform support. Our optional premium managed support adds an Australian support line, managed escalations and quarterly reviews, from the same team that built your system.
Bring the rest of the table
